Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of sealed products in the Trading Card Game (TCG) industry, we do not offer returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or not as described, please email us at kayzcardz@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations can be requested before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee from the original transaction.

For Pre-Order or Back-Order items:

All items in your cart will ship together with the Pre-Order item. If you'd like non-pre-order items to ship immediately, please place a separate order.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders are charged immediately upon purchase.
